Refund policy
Grace Running Wild Equine is a nonprofit organization. Donations made to support our mission are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable.
If you believe a donation was made in error or was charged incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days at the phone number or email below. We will review your request and, when appropriate, work with our payment processor to resolve the issue.
For any paid programs or services offered in the future, refund eligibility will be communicated at the time of registration. Unless otherwise stated, program fees may be refunded only when cancellation is requested in writing before the program start date, minus any non-recoverable costs.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The version posted on this website is the current policy in effect.
